Returns & cancellations

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy describes the general approach Kefunelaro Launchpad School applies to cancellations, rescheduling, returns, and refunds for paid course offerings if and when they are made available. It should be read with the Terms of Use and any specific written terms presented at checkout or in a course agreement.

Current website status. The public site does not process purchases, collect payment details, or complete course enrollments. A browser-only launch request is not an order and does not create a charge, subscription, or reservation.

1. Scope and order-specific terms

Different course formats may have different preparation requirements, access periods, scheduling windows, or third-party costs. Where an offering is sold, the specific confirmation, checkout notice, invoice, or written agreement may include terms that supplement this policy. If a written order-specific term conflicts with this general policy, the order-specific term will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We encourage prospective learners to ask questions about format, access, prerequisites, timing, and any accessibility needs before purchasing. This helps ensure that the selected mission and delivery method are a sensible fit before work is scheduled or access is activated.

2. Cancellation before a scheduled course

If you purchase a scheduled learning session and need to cancel, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected]. Include the purchaser’s name, the email used for the order, the course or session name, and the scheduled date. We will review the request against the applicable order terms and confirm available options in writing.

Where notice is received before meaningful preparation, reserved capacity, or third-party commitments have been incurred, we may offer a cancellation, a credit, or a reschedule. If a request arrives after preparation has begun or a session is imminent, the available option may be more limited because instructor time, practical environment setup, or other resources may already have been committed.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If an alternative session or access window is available, we may offer a reschedule rather than a cancellation. Rescheduling depends on capacity, the nature of the course, participant requirements, and any external resource commitments. A rescheduled place may be subject to the same access and participation conditions as the original order.

Requests should be made using the contact details provided in the order confirmation. We cannot promise that a specific date, instructor, format, or environment will be available, but we will communicate the options that are reasonably available when we review the request.

4. Digital and access-based materials

Some future offerings may include digital learning materials, downloadable resources, or access to a practice environment. Once access is granted or a digital item is supplied, cancellation or refund rights may be limited by applicable law and by the nature of the content. Any required consent regarding immediate access and any effect on a statutory withdrawal right will be presented clearly before purchase where relevant.

If you experience a material access problem, contact us promptly with a description of the issue, the affected course component, device or browser information where relevant, and screenshots or error wording if you can provide them safely. We will review the report and may offer troubleshooting, an alternative access method, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Course cancellation or material change by Kefunelaro

We may need to postpone, cancel, or materially change a scheduled course because of circumstances such as instructor availability, platform issues, safety concerns, insufficient operational readiness, or events beyond reasonable control. If we make a material change to a paid offering, we will contact the purchaser using the information associated with the order and explain the available options, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund where appropriate.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, equipment, lost work time, or other indirect costs incurred in connection with a course unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise and applicable law requires it.

6. Refund review

Eligible refunds, where offered, are generally returned to the original payment method or handled as required by the payment provider and applicable law. Processing times can vary by provider. We may need reasonable information to locate and verify the order before processing a request. A refund decision is not a judgment about a learner’s ability, effort, or outcome; it concerns the applicable order terms and the circumstances of the request.

7. Statutory rights

This policy does not remove or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on where you live and the type of purchase, you may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, replacement, repair, or refund rights. If you believe such rights apply, contact us with the relevant details so that we can review the request properly.

8. How to contact us

For cancellation, rescheduling, access, or refund questions, email [email protected]. Do not include full payment card numbers or sensitive credentials in your message. For a general, non-purchase question, you can also use the normal unfilled Contact route on the homepage.
